Key responsibilities:

1. Delivering high-quality instruction in your subject area (Physics, Chemistry, Math, Biology) for JEE, NEET, and MHCET aspirants.
2. Preparing comprehensive lesson plans and study materials.
3. Conducting regular assessments to evaluate student performance and providing constructive feedback.
4. Offering personalized support to students to help them overcome academic challenges.
5. Staying updated with the latest developments in your subject area and entrance examination patterns.
6. Collaborating with other faculty members to enhance the overall learning experience for students

5. • Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

6. • Ability to create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹25,000 - 35,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 15,00,000 /year
