Job Overview
Podar Education Network is seeking a dedicated and experienced Teacher to join our team in Panaji. This is a Full-Time, Mid-Level position requiring 4 to 6 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education in subjects including English and Social Science, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience for our students.

Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in teaching in a reputed institution.
Must have experience as an English Teacher (Mandatory skill)
Must have experience as a Social Science Teacher (Mandatory skill)
Excellent communication skills, especially in English.
Experience as a Secondary School Teacher (SST Teacher).
Qualification in TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) English.
Experience with Primary Teacher (PRT) English.
Ability to develop a cohesive curriculum that meets educational standards.
Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that meet educational requirements and standards.
Teach English and Social Science subjects to students in a manner that fosters learning and student engagement.
Assess student performance through various methods to ensure learning objectives are met.
Maintain active communication with parents about student progress and areas for improvement.
Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to school improvement initiatives.
Provide remedial instruction when necessary and support students' individual learning needs.
Coordinate and manage academic events and activities to enhance learning experiences.
Stay updated with current educational trends and methodologies to provide innovative learning solutions.
