Fyule seeks passionate and dedicated young educators to join our Fyule 'Future of Education' Fellowship. This fellowship offers a high-impact role for educators at a seminal stage of their careers, providing exposure to the development and implementation of Fyule's innovative learning methodologies and technologies that could become commonplace in future classrooms. Fellows will be involved in regular school visits five days a week monitor implementation and conduct research for the next phase of the program's development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Implementation: a. Program Management: Monitor the setup and implementation of Project-Based Learning labs in partner schools. b. Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for teachers and students on using Fyule's project-based learning curriculum and resources. c. Mentorship: Provide ongoing mentorship and support to students and teachers as they work on their projects, encouraging creativity and problem-solving. d. Community Engagement: Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment, engaging with the school community to promote Fyule's programs and initiatives. e. Reporting: Maintain records of student progress and program outcomes, providing regular reports to the Fyule Curriculum team and to schools. f. School Visits: Conduct regular school visits five days a week to ensure the successful implementation of Fyule's methodologies and technologies.
2. Future Program Innovation: a. Research & Pilot: Research and pilot the next phase of Project-Based Learning, Data-Led Interventions, and Play-Based Learning in partner schools. b. Observation: Observe teacher and student behavior to gather insights on the effectiveness of current practices and identify areas for improvement. c. Feedback Collection: Collect and analyze feedback from teachers and students to refine and improve future programs.
Note: Duration: 2 years (with future placement opportunity).
1. Education: Graduation (Any stream) or B.Ed (Pursuing / Completed) required. Candidate must be passionate about teaching/education.
2. Experience: 0-3 years of prior teaching experience preferred (school or home tuition).
3. The role is on-ground and requires regular school visits.
4. Technical Skills: Proficiency with project-based learning tools, video creation tools, and editing software is a plus.
5. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with students, teachers, and school administrators.
7. Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to think creatively and solve problems effectively.
8. Passion for Education: A genuine passion for education and a commitment to empowering students through innovative learning experiences.
