About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage a team of social media specialists and oversee their performance
2. Define and drive the most important social media KPIs
3. Meet and sustain all KRAs based on organizational requirements through process reengineering and efficiency analysis
4. Conduct performance appraisals for the teams, effectively implement and drive recognition, rewards, and incentive programs
5. Foster a quality and customer experience culture across the team
6. Ensure effective resource planning for the teams
7. Drive team performance and conduct periodic reviews with team members
8. Manage and oversee social media content
9. Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and technologies
10. Hire and train team members
11. Collaborate across departments and oversee a team to ensure timely, accurate, and courteous responses to customer queries and issues
12. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and highlight failures for necessary corrective and preventive actions
13. Facilitate and implement process improvement ideas to enhance overall process efficiency and customer experience
14. Work with stakeholders to find solutions for identified problems

7. Expertise in KPI analysis and process improvement  

8. Excellent communication skills including strong written communication skills with a deep understanding of grammar nuances  

9. Proficiency in handling customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and maintaining a positive brand reputation across diverse social channels including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn  

10. Customer-centric approach with the ability to analyze data for ongoing enhancements  

11. Flexibility to work around the clock (24/7) as required  

12. Keen eye for details and resolution-oriented  

13. Excellent problem-solving skills  

14. Ability to multitask  

15. Ability to identify and implement training and development needs for team leads and teams
