1. Define, build, and take responsibility for execution of transportation processes, right from FC to customers and leverage the Sort Center network
2. Hire, train, and build a highly motivated workforce for the SC teams (with support from HR and training team) to meet the operational requirements and continuously meet the high bar on quality and productivity
3. Coordinate with finance, CS, FC, and project teams on matters related to SC operations
4. Improve the SC process continuously and attain a sustained level of performance standard
5. Initiate improvements to enhance quality standards, reduce waste, and eliminate unnecessary work
6. Analyze data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and improve performance
7. Implement the formal process control and process improvement mechanisms such as Kaizen (six sigma)
