Minimum 1 experience in collection, banking sales, outbound process, insurance sales team handling.
Good communication in Hindi with English
Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Diploma/graduates/post graduates


Roles and Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve targets
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Provide sales training and mentorship to team members
