Key responsibilities:

1. Managing the acquisition of direct clients as well as business associates for stock broking, mutual funds, and insurance business through your team
2. Achieving individual targets of stock broking, mutual funds, and insurance business
3. Achieving your team's target of stock broking, mutual funds and insurance business
4. Achieving revenue from stock broking, mutual funds, and insurance business
5. Working on joint call support for your team along with direct sales exposure
6. Being accountable for business targets individually in sync with BA/DSA acquisition/activation targets
7. Working on customer relationship management
8. Imparting product training to your team and the business associates acquired by you and your team members
