Team Leader-Recruitment Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of recruitment professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success and professional development
2. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our clients
3. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions
5. Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members and provide constructive feedback to drive improvement
6. Collaborate with other teams within the organization to enhance recruitment processes and improve overall efficiency

Required:

1. A minimum of 2 years of work experience in recruitment is preferred
2. Proven track record of successfully meeting recruitment targets and delivering high-quality results
3. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interview methods
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with clients and candidates
