Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Team Leader for our Sales department to join the LegsGo Holidays team. This is a full-time, mid-level position based in Tiruchirappalli. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role, showcasing strong leadership and sales management skills.

Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in sales management, showcasing ability to lead sales teams effectively (Mandatory skill).
Proficient in HubSpot or similar CRM tools to manage customer relationships and sales processes efficiently.
Strong skills in KPI tracking to assess team performance and drive continuous improvement.
Outstanding negotiation skills, capable of closing deals and securing favorable terms.
Proficiency in sales forecasting, with a keen ability to predict market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Solid team management skills, proven by experience in motivating and guiding sales team members.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey strategies and expectations.
Analytical thinking to solve complex sales challenges and identify opportunities for business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve and exceed the set sales targets and goals.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives to enhance market growth.
Monitor sales metrics and manage the sales administration process to ensure full operational efficiency.
Conduct regular performance reviews with team members, providing feedback and fostering talent development.
Foster strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
