Key responsibilities:

1. Providing technical support to the customers via different modes i.e. telephone, chat, email, etc.
2. Interacting with customers to quickly get to the root of their problem
3. Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved
4. Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and cold calls
