Key responsibilities:

1. Creating access for internal users based on roles and permissions
2. Defining internal products based on requirements received from relevant stakeholders
3. Providing support to resolve internal and external technical issues
4. Taking complete ownership of projects and ensuring timely deliveries
5. Assisting in debugging customer issues and coordinating with the tech team to get them fixed
6. Sending out reminders and reports to stakeholders as needed
