The Runo CRM tech support executive will provide technical support to clients and customers using the Runo CRM platform. They will troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. The tech support executive will also work with the development team to identify bugs and recommend improvements to the Runo CRM platform.
Key responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support for the Runo CRM platform
2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers and clients
3. Provide guidance to customers on how to use the Runo CRM platform
4. Collaborate with the development team to identify and report bugs and other technical issues
5. Assist with the testing of new Runo CRM features and updates
6. Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference
7. Learn continuously and stay up-to-date with new CRM technologies and trends
Skills & Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
2. Experience in CRM technology and support
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills
5. Familiarity with database management systems
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
8. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
