The 'Technical Business Analyst' will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying technical requirements, and ensuring that the technical team understands the project scope and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex technical information into clear and actionable business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Requirement gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
2. Technical translation: Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the development team.
3. Project coordination: Work closely with project managers, developers, and other team members to meet project timelines and deliverables.
4. Stakeholder communication: Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team to ensure clear understanding and alignment on project goals.
5. Process improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Documentation: Create detailed documentation, including user stories, use cases, process flows, and technical specifications.
7. Quality assurance: Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
8. Training & support: Provide training and support to end-users and technical team members as needed.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, Business administration, or a related field. An MBA degree is a plus.
2. Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a technical business analyst role.
3. Technical skills: Proficiency in Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Excel, Power BI, and other data analysis tools. Familiarity with CRM systems and other business software.
4. Analytical skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
5. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
6. Interpersonal skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
7. Attention to detail: High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
8. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
