This position is of Technical Content Writer for Telecom products. HFCL develops multiple products Enterprise Access Points, Home Mesh Routers, Unlicensed Band Radios, 5G Fixed Wireless Access CPEs, 5G Small Cells, IP/MPLS Routers, Enterprise & Campus Switches, and EMS/NMS. 1. Excellent Technical Writing Skills
2. Proficiency in writing GUI & CLI documentation
3. Experience in working with engineers to improve user experience (ex: design, UI), refine content, and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content
4. Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter
5. Experience in writing documentation and procedure manuals for various audiences
6. Good understanding of networking domain
7. Aptitude & drive to learn new products, technology & tools
8. Familiar with Adobe FrameMaker or similar authoring tools
9. Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
