1. Manage technology in projects and provide technical guidance or solutions for work completion
2. Develop and guide team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
3. Prepare and submit status reports to minimize exposure and risks on the project or to close escalations
4. Define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team
5. Ensure process compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions or reviews as a technical consultant for feasibility studies including technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, and estimations
