About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work primarily on hiring in the tech domain
2. Manage the entire recruitment life cycle from sourcing, screening, mass mailing, selection, and post offer follow-ups
3. Review applications and conduct their initial round of screening to check fitment and provide necessary information about the job
4. Interact with the candidates to schedule interview for shortlisted candidates and follow up to ensure interviews happen
5. Ensure various efficiency ratios are in the beneficial zone
6. Manage the profiles submitted to be shortlisted, interviewed, offered and asked to join

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 2 months

Salary during probation: ₹20,000 - 25,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year

2. Variable component: 20%
