Voxelwerks 3D Solutions Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven technical sales engineer who excels in effective communication to join our innovative team. As a technical sales engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth by effectively communicating the value and benefits of our cutting-edge 3D solutions to a diverse customer base.

Key responsibilities:

1. Utilize your technical expertise to understand customer requirements and develop customized solutions that address their unique needs
2. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to showcase the capabilities and advantages of our 3D solutions, effectively communicating their value proposition
3. Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, leads, and potential customers, leveraging your technical knowledge to nurture and convert leads into sales
4. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing technical support, guidance, and expertise throughout the sales cycle to ensure customer success and satisfaction
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, becoming a go-to resource for technical inquiries and assistance
6. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the sales and product teams
7. Continuously enhance your product knowledge and technical skills through training and self-learning, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in 3D solutions and related technologies

Other requirements

A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field (mechanical/Industrial)

Proven experience of (1-3 years) in technical sales or a similar role, preferably in 3D printing or related technologies

Strong understanding of FDM 3D printing technology and its applications

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner

Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently

Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events as needed

Salary
Duration: 2 months
Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 20,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
