Key responsibilities:

1. Provide personal, telephonic, email, and chat-based support to resolve technical issues and answer queries from community members.
2. Offering technical guidance and problem-solving support to members.
3. Review, debug, and test project components as required, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
4. Skill Development Buddy: Act as a mentor and buddy to community members, encouraging their progress in skill acquisition and project execution.
5. Coordinate technical workshops, webinars, or training sessions for community members.
6. Foster a sense of collaboration and belonging among community members by actively engaging in forums, discussions, and events.
7. Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of support interactions, project progress, and member feedback. Generate regular reports on member engagement, issue resolution metrics, and project milestones.
