About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support to customers and clients regarding our electronics products and solutions
2. Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of electronic systems
3. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues to resolution
4. Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and resolve technical problems.
5. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers
6. Document and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and technical issues
7. Contribute to the development of technical support documentation and knowledge base
