Tabschool, India's leading ed-tech startup is looking for a Technical Support Associate. A talented candidate you have the knowledge to tablet hardware and software and can provide support to our clients
Key responsibilities:
1. Act as the initial point of contact for all computer and system-related concerns from clients
2. Assist management in creating training materials pertaining to computer troubleshooting and usage
3. Organize and file documentation pertaining to warranties and instructional guides for tablet hardware
4. Maintain a working log detailing all required system updates, as well as the date of completion
5. Attend in-person meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problems
6. Actively update, maintain and monitor all aspects of the tablet
7. Provide software support to all our customers
A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technology field is preferred
Industry-specific certification in relevant computer languages or software may be required
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,15,000 - 2,60,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 95%
2. Variable component: 5%
