Technical Support Engineer Fresher Job

Position: Technical Support Engineer
Location: Delhi/NCR and Bengaluru
Travel: Should be prepared to travel within India and abroad
Product: AllGoVision, a leading video analytics product serving the worldwide market

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on the deployment of the AI product of AllGoVision, customer interaction, demo/POC, troubleshooting, and support
2. Provide resolution to complex problems
3. Deploy solution/application at customer site remotely/onsite within the stipulated time, get UAT and evaluation report
4. Work on troubleshooting networking, windows server, and Linux OS
5. Work on customer management to ensure high customer satisfaction
6. Work closely with the sales and engineering team

Required skills:

1. Understanding of video analytics/video management products, security products, IT enterprise products, pre, and post-sales experience
2. Exposure to enterprise software system architecture, deep learning, and cloud solutions will be preferable
3. Knowledge of system administration of Linux operating systems and MySQL database
4. Hands-on experience with video/CCTV cameras and security products will be preferable
5. Hands-on experience in IP networks, DNS, load balancers, DHCP, and MS Office will be preferable
6. Customer-facing skills, resourceful, fast on feet, customer management, getting user acceptance test
7. Proficiency in technical documentation like manuals and troubleshooting document
8. Good verbal and written communication skills
9. Willing to travel in India and abroad
10. Experience: 1-4 years
11. Qualification: BE/MCA/BSc with relevant experience
