Key responsibilities:

1. CRM and ERP Support: Provide technical assistance and support to clients using our CRM and ERP systems.
2. Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
3. Customer Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients to keep them informed of progress and solutions.
4. System Configuration: Assist clients with system configuration and setup to meet their specific business needs.
5. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of support cases, resolutions, and best practices.
6. Training: Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to enhance their proficiency in using CRM and ERP systems.
7. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and provide input to the development team.
8. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical issues and implement system enhancements.
9. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and reliability of CRM and ERP solutions by testing new features and updates.
10. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, CRM, and ERP advancements to provide cutting-edge support.
