We are looking for a Tech Support Executive to assist registered sellers in the onboarding process on www.trendzexhibitions.com. The candidate will provide step-by-step guidance via Google Meet, Zoom calls, telephonic calls, and other digital communication platforms to ensure a seamless registration and setup experience for our sellers.
Key responsibilities:
1. Assist sellers in understanding and completing the onboarding process on Trendz Exhibitions' online marketplace.
2. Conduct virtual training sessions via Google Meet, Zoom, and phone calls to help sellers navigate the platform.
3. Troubleshoot technical issues faced by sellers during account setup, product listing, and profile management.
4. Provide clear, professional, and timely support to resolve seller queries.
5. Maintain detailed records of seller interactions and solutions provided.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to address technical glitches and improve the seller onboarding experience.
7. Offer recommendations to sellers on best practices for showcasing their products online.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
2. Candidates who are from Hyderabad and neighboring cities
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Excellent Communication Skills (English, Hindi mandatory and 1 regional language)
1-3 years of experience in technical support, customer support, or seller onboarding.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and seller dashboards.
Proficiency in Google Meet, Zoom, email communication, and basic troubleshooting.
Ability to handle multiple sellers efficiently while maintaining quality service.
Customer-centric approach with patience and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of e-commerce operations and online marketplace trends.
Experience using CRM tools and ticketing systems.
Basic understanding of website navigation and troubleshooting.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,64,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,80,000 - 2,40,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 20,000 - 24,000 /year
