*Blend process voice , chat (simultaneously chats of 8 to 9 ) & email
*Good Communication spoken & written needed ..min versant 58 quality
*They will work on Technical Hardware and periferral troubleshooting on multiple chats ( 8 to 9 chats simultaneously) and call backs to customers. Troubleshooting of laptops, desktops , periferals.
* International process
* Shifts evening and night shift with split Offs.
* 2 way home pick up & drop for within transport employees
* Work from office
* Should be vaccinated
* 5 days working, rotational week Offs
