We are hiring graduates, freshers or experienced candidates with excellent communication skills for the voice process for Okhla location.
Key responsibilities:
1. Deliver service and support to end-users using and operating automated call distribution phone software
2. Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services
3. Gather customer information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms
4. Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity, IPTV, VOIP, basic troubleshooting, and more
5. Research required information using available resources
6. Follow standard processes and procedures
7. Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers
8. Organize ideas and communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations
9. Follow up and make scheduled callbacks to customers where necessary
10. Stay current with system information, changes, and updates
Skills & Requirements:
1. Working knowledge of networking, DSL, VDSL, VOIP, cable internet, router, switch, and Sip configuration
2. Need to know only basic troubleshooting of domestic routers, Mac ID and Windows
3. Knowledge about DNS and basic network troubleshooting
4. Candidate should be flexible for 24*7
5. Knowledge about the principles of customer handling
6. Proper phone etiquette
7. Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately
8. Strong communication skills
9. Proficiency in typing speed and grammar
10. Position requires the use of a headset and the candidate should be open for the same
11. Technical engineer/senior level technician of network system/popular VOIP system such as Avaya Phone System or Jadoo TV System support (optional)
12. Certificate of CCNA or CCNP (optional)

1. Shift timings - 5:30 pm to 2:30 am, 09:30 pm to 6:30 am & 2:30 am to 11:30 am
2. Work 5 days a week
3. Both ways cab facility available (need to be from the respective hiring zones to avail cab facility)
