The ideal candidate will be responsible for extracting actionable insights from complex datasets, implementing machine learning algorithms, and contributing to data-driven decision-making processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and define data science projects
2. Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources
3. Develop predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analyses to solve business problems and optimize processes
4. Interpret and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders through data visualization and storytelling techniques
5. Stay current with advancements in data science and contribute to the adoption of best practices within the team
6. Participate in the design and implementation of data infrastructure and architecture
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field
2. Proven experience 1 to 5 years working as a data science trainer or related role in a fast-paced environment
3. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala
4. Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, deep learning) and experience implementing them in real-world applications
5. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn) and libraries
6. Solid understanding of databases and SQL
7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
8. Effective communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills:
1. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
2. Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques
