1-3 years of experience in Equipment Maintenance and Technical Support
Qualification: Diploma/IT/Btech-Electrical
Proficiency in Testing procedures and Communication skills
Knowledge of Product Service and New Installation processes
Familiarity with AMC Services and industry standards
Certifications in relevant technical fields are a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

Perform Equipment Maintenance tasks and troubleshooting for clients
Provide Technical Support and Testing for IT and Telecommunication systems
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
Handle Product Service, New Installations, and AMC Services
Collaborate with senior technicians and engineers for complex issues
