Tele Caller Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Make calls to prospective or existing customers to promote products, services, or special offers
2. Follow a script to ensure consistent and accurate information is conveyed
3. Upsell or cross-sell products/services based on customer needs
4. Achieve call targets and sales quotas set by the company
5. Answer incoming calls from customers, providing them with information about the company's offerings
6. Address customer queries, complaints, or issues
7. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely resolutions to problems
8. Generate and qualify leads based on customer interest
9. Gather customer information such as demographics and preferences
10. Record and update customer information in the company's database
11. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer feedback
12. Update CRM systems with relevant customer data, follow-up actions, and outcomes
