Key Responsibilities:
Contact customers who have tried placing orders on our clients' online stores and convert these leads into sales.
Assist customers with order-related queries, including tracking orders, resolving issues in placing orders, providing product information, and informing about offers.
Handle multiple client portals for sales and services efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, and market trends to better assist customers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; a Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Service Representative, or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
Proficiency in using CRM software and multiple client portals.
Good command of the Marathi, Hindi & English language.
Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
