1. Make outbound calls to potential customers and pitch our express logistics solutions
2. Identify and qualify leads by understanding customer requirements
3. Schedule follow-ups and coordinate with the sales team for closures
4. Handle objections, negotiate, and influence decision-makers
5. Maintain CRM records and track customer interactions
6. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets
Requirements:
1. Fluent in English and Kannada (additional regional languages preferred)
2. Minimum graduate (bachelor's degree) in business, marketing, or any related field
3. Candidates with a diploma or relevant certification in sales, customer service, or CRM are also considered
4. 1-3 years of experience in tele-sales, inside sales, or lead generation in logistics or a related industry
5. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
6. Ability to handle rejections professionally and maintain a positive attitude
7. Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and email communication
8. Quick learner with adaptability to new sales techniques and product knowledge
