About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinating and strategizing efforts to recover debts.
2. Adhering to financial regulations related to debt collection practices.
3. Contacting debtors via phone to negotiate and implement repayment plans.
4. Tracking defaulters using publicly available databases.
5. Advising on suitable repayment plans based on consumer circumstances.
6. Monitoring accounts for overdue payments and investigating historical debt data.
7. Escalating calls to managers when necessary.
8. Reporting on collection activities and account statuses.
