Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Tele Collections Specialist to join our dynamic team in Vashi, Bangalore Urban. This is a full-time role requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills along with a good knowledge of debt collection laws and tele collections.

Qualifications and Skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and professionally.
Negotiation skills to effectively handle repayment arrangements and settlements.
Knowledge of debt collection laws to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
Experience in tele collections to handle outbound calls efficiently.
Ability to handle difficult customers (Mandatory skill).
Debt recovery experience (Mandatory skill).
DRA certified (Mandatory skill).

Roles and Responsibilities
Make outbound collection calls to customers and record responses.
Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements within specified guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of all communication with customers in the system.
Follow up with customers on agreed payment plans.
Ensure compliance with debt collection laws and regulations.
Work closely with the collections team to meet monthly targets and goals.
Provide excellent customer service by handling and resolving complaints.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports as directed by management.
