Key responsibilities:

1. Calling sports academies and coaches and explaining the product - (90-100 calls a day)
2. Conducting demos of the app and product
3. Working on database collection from online sources
4. Working on product onboarding some time as needed

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 2 months

Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 15,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,30,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 70%

2. Variable component: 25%

3. Other incentives: 5%
