Telecaller Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Attending inbound/outbound calls
2. Contacting new students and provide appropriate information about our services
3. Handling students' related queries and issues
4. Following up with the new and existing students
5. Maintaining the database in excel in a clear format
6. Gaining quick knowledge of our products provided by the company
7. Contacting new or existing customers to inform them about our services
8. Understanding the needs of the prospects and guiding them accordingly
9. Answering the questions and concerns of new and existing clients
10. Responding to emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication

Requirements:

1. Strong communication and listening skills
2. Should have Microsoft Excel basic knowledge
3. Learning capability
4. Basic knowledge of computers and formatting
5. Languages known: Marathi, Tamil, English, Kannada, and Hindi are also preferable
