Key responsibilities:

1. Make calls to borrowers and collect loan overdue amount
2. Manage the collection process
3. Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts
4. Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments
5. Locate and contact debtors to inquire about their payment status
