1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and provide information on our educational programs.

3. Maintain accurate and updated records of all telephonic interactions in CRM and MS Excel.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and convert them into enrollments.
5. Assist in organizing and conducting virtual information sessions for interested candidates.
6. Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of student satisfaction.
7. Utilize MS Word and MS Office to create reports and communicate effectively with colleagues.
