Role: Community Operations Specialist
Responsibilities:

Conduct telephonic briefings for shortlisted candidates (primarily from the blue-collar workforce) as per standard guidelines.
Explain job objectives and next-step procedures clearly.
Record and compile data from briefings using specified documentation.
Conduct feedback, engagement, and support calls with shortlisted candidates.
