Key Responsibilities:

1. Counseling: Providing counseling services to students and parents, and guiding them to the right program
2. Handling calls: Answering inbound and outbound calls, and following up on inquiries
3. Generating leads: Generating leads from referrals, walk-ins, and other sources
4. Maintaining records: Keeping accurate records of counseling activities and student enrolment
5. Sales: Pitching sales and persuading customers
