1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
● 1-2 years of work experience preferably in telesales
● Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
● Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
● Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
● Fluency in English and Hindi. Local language is an added benefit.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
