1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.
1. Previous Experience in Tele calling or Sales: Experience in a similar role can be a plus, especially in handling inbound and outbound calls.
2. Strong Communication Skills: Fluency in the local language and/or English, with the ability to speak clearly and confidently.
3. Customer-Oriented Attitude: A friendly, patient, and empathetic approach to handling customer inquiries and issues.
4. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think on your feet and resolve customer complaints or objections effectively.
5. Goal-Oriented: A strong drive to meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
6. Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office (Excel, Word), and other tools for logging customer details and call data.
7. Active Listening Skills: Ability to listen carefully to customer needs and respond appropriately.
8. Multitasking Ability: Handle multiple calls and tasks effectively without compromising on quality.
9. Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively with sales and support teams to meet company goals.
10. Positive Attitude: A can-do approach and resilience to handle challenging or repetitive tasks.
11. Knowledge of Products/Services: Basic understanding of the products or services being offered, or the ability to quickly learn.
12. Flexibility with Working Hours: Willingness to work in shifts or weekends, depending on business requirements.
