About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products or services.
2. Handle inbound calls from customers, providing information and answering queries.
3. Generate leads through cold calling, market research, or database management.
4. Qualify leads and schedule appointments or transfer to the sales team.
5. Provide customer support by addressing complaints and resolving issues.
6. Attempt to convert leads into sales by presenting relevant solutions.

1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Previous Experience in Tele calling or Sales: Experience in a similar role can be a plus, especially in handling inbound and outbound calls.

2. Strong Communication Skills: Fluency in the local language and/or English, with the ability to speak clearly and confidently.

3. Customer-Oriented Attitude: A friendly, patient, and empathetic approach to handling customer inquiries and issues.

4. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think on your feet and resolve customer complaints or objections effectively.

5. Goal-Oriented: A strong drive to meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

6. Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office (Excel, Word), and other tools for logging customer details and call data.

7. Active Listening Skills: Ability to listen carefully to customer needs and respond appropriately.

8. Multitasking Ability: Handle multiple calls and tasks effectively without compromising on quality.

9. Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively with sales and support teams to meet company goals.

10. Positive Attitude: A can-do approach and resilience to handle challenging or repetitive tasks.

11. Knowledge of Products/Services: Basic understanding of the products or services being offered, or the ability to quickly learn.

12. Flexibility with Working Hours: Willingness to work in shifts or weekends, depending on business requirements.
