5. Customer Interaction Skills: Deliver a positive and professional customer experience with every interaction. Maintain a calm and polite tone, even when dealing with challenging customers or situations.
6. Coordination with Teams: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations or issues that require additional support. Maintain effective communication with supervisors to meet performance targets.
7. Reporting and Documentation: Accurately log customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions for future reference. Ensure that all data entered is precise and updated in real-time.
