Key responsibilities:

1. Achieve sales targets set by the company
2. Leverage the company's strengths to create client campaigns that maximize client benefits with cost-effective investments
3. Drive sales and increase client acquisition, generating revenue for the organization
4. Execute outbound sales processes
5. Approach new clients and increase the company's sponsored clientele

Skill Set Required:

1. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages
2. Flair for telesales
3. Outbound sales process with comfortable shift timings (no fieldwork)
