Telecaller Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assisting customers in the sale of a range of financial products on the phone
2. Ensuring no losses or errors occur while assisting customers
3. Working towards ensuring zero cases of miss-selling/fraud in the processes
4. Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication
5. Adhering to and supporting company policies and practices

Note:

1. Female candidates are preferred
2. The role entails working only on the day shift
3. You will be fully responsible for meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically

Requirements:

1. Flexible, and able to shift priorities to accommodate changing demands
2. Flexible to work 6 days a week
3. Should be able to converse in English and Hindi efficiently
4. Good selling and negotiation skills
5. Undergraduate/graduate/postgraduate
6. Fresher and experienced are both welcome
