Key responsibilities:

1. Make outgoing calls to interested candidates looking for international careers, brief them about IOTS and the international opportunities.
Collect the required documents to apply for the positions.
Good command over English Language.
Responsible for calling all leads & converting them into walk-ins & enrolling
Handling walk-in enquiries & converting them into admissions
Responsible for handling outbound and incoming calls to ensure fresh walk-ins to our International Programs.
Recording and maintaining all enquiries & new leads detail in LMS / CRM
Meeting business targets or KPI with effective tele counseling skills
Handling assigned administrative responsibilities

Skill(s) required

English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) MS-Excel

Earn certifications in these skills
