Telecaller Job

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospects and provide detailed information about our training services.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
5. Keep accurate records of all communications and sales activities in our CRM system.
6. Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends.
7. Continuously improve communication skills and stay updated on industry knowledge to better serve our clients.
