Telecaller Job

Key responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and to the customers to promote products and generate sales.
Handle inbound sales inquiries and resolve customer queries efficiently.
Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and after-sales support.
Maintain a deep understanding of the product range to answer questions and offer relevant solutions.
Identify and qualify sales opportunities through phone conversations.
Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Manage and update the customer database with accurate information on leads and sales activities.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Provide timely feedback to the management regarding customer concerns, competitive activity, and potential improvements.
Collaborate with the e-commerce and marketing teams to drive promotional campaigns.
