Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential students.
2. Handle inquiries and generate leads through various sources.
3. Maintain and update the student database.
4. Answer questions about the university and its courses.
5. Ask questions to understand student requirements and schedule appointments for counselors.
6. Enter and update student information in the database accurately.
7. Keep records of calls and note down useful information.
8. Through counseling, help students decide which higher learning course is the best fit for them.
9. Guide prospective students through the entire admission process, providing support along the way.
10. Assist in getting the online admission forms filled out and collecting soft copies of relevant documents.
