About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Extracting customer leads from social media, Google searches, websites & telecalls, who are interested in taking counseling from our psychologists
2. Connecting the prospective customer through phone, WhatsApp text for their availability and scheduling their sessions with the identified psychologists
3. Follow up with the interested clients (warm leads), who have shown interest but are not ready to take now and get them converted to sessions
4. Work on follow-up and guidance to clients for making payments for the session
5. Work on feedback calls to the client after the session is over to understand their satisfaction level

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Female candidates preferred with at least 1-3 years of experience

2. Candidate should have command of spoken English & Hindi

3. Candidate should be well versed with tele-calling techniques (patient listening, showing empathy & building trust with clients, persuasive communication to close the deal)

4. The candidate should be performance and target-oriented and need to complete the given monthly targets on the scheduled time

5. Candidate should have basic computer knowledge to prepare the daily/weekly/monthly MIS of total calls received/converted/revenue generated
