Telecaller Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and target potential clients for hosting, cloud services, and Tally on Cloud solutions.
2. Research prospective clients and generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
3. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
4. Engage with potential customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
5. Conduct product presentations, demos, and discussions to promote hosting services, cloud servers, and Tally on Cloud solutions.
6. Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth and timely processing of customer requests and contracts.
8. Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals successfully.
9. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
10. Upsell or cross-sell additional services, where appropriate, to maximize revenue opportunities.
