Key responsibilities:

1. Making outbound calls to potential customers or clients using a prepared script
2. Handling inbound calls from customers interested in products or services
3. Addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally
4. Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of products or services offered
5. Identifying and qualifying potential leads through active listening
6. Scheduling appointments or demonstrations for interested customers
7. Conducting follow-up calls to nurture leads and encourage conversions
8. Updating customer databases with new information obtained during calls
9. Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
